Group Multiplier
When creating an API Key and selecting a group, you may see a multiplier such as 0.4x. It is the price ratio relative to OpenAI official API pricing: 1x equals the official API price, while 0.4x means your balance is deducted at 40% of the official API price based on actual Token usage.
Top-Up Exchange Rate
Top-ups are credited at 1 CNY = 1 USD. For example, topping up 100 CNY adds 100 USD to your account balance.
Effective Usage Cost
If estimated with an exchange rate of about 7:1 for CNY to USD and a group multiplier of 0.4x:
The effective usage cost is about 0.4 / 7 ≈ 0.057 of the official API price, or roughly 5.7%.

Each API call deducts balance based on actual Token usage. You can view API Keys, Token usage, balance changes, and usage details on the account page.
