Information We Collect

Account information: information needed for registration, login, account identification, and security checks
API key information: key name, creation time, status, account owner, and request records
Usage and billing information: token usage, balance changes, top-up or deduction status, and records needed for reconciliation
Request information: to complete model calls, we process prompts, code, file snippets, context, parameters, and model responses that you submit
Technical logs: IP address, User-Agent, request time, error information, latency, rate limit, and security risk records

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide API relay, account login, API key management, usage statistics, balance deductions, troubleshooting, security protection, and customer support. We do not sell user data, request content, or usage records.

GPT Requests and Upstream Providers

Genius Coder is a GPT API relay service. When you make a model request through Genius Coder, the request content and necessary parameters are sent to upstream model providers so they can generate responses, support billing, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service stability.

Upstream model providers may process requests under their own privacy policies, data retention rules, and security requirements. You should not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, keys, passwords, production credentials, regulated data, or any content you are not authorized to process.

We share information only as needed to provide the service, including:

Forwarding model requests to upstream model providers
Providing necessary information to payment, hosting, monitoring, email, or security service providers
Disclosing information when required for law, regulation, dispute handling, security protection, or abuse prevention

Outside these cases, we do not sell user data, request content, or usage records to third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information, usage records, balance records, and technical logs for as long as needed to provide the service, reconcile accounts, troubleshoot issues, protect security, and comply with legal obligations. You can request account deletion or related data handling through the account page or in-product support channel. Some records may need to be retained for settlement, audit, security, or legal reasons.

Security Measures

We use access controls, log auditing, key management, transport encryption, and risk controls to protect account and request data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your API keys and should not place them in public repositories, frontend code, client apps, or chat logs.

Minors

Genius Coder is intended for developers and teams with independent judgment. Minors should use the service only with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy as the product, upstream provider rules, legal requirements, or security practices change. Material changes will be announced through the website, account notices, or other reasonable methods. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
