Terms of Service
On this page
Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective as of May 1, 2026. By using the Genius Coder website, account system, API key management, usage pages, or GPT API relay service, you agree to these Terms.
Service
Genius Coder provides an OpenAI SDK-compatible GPT API relay service for developers using GPT models in AI IDEs, agents, scripts, and automation workflows. We may adjust service capabilities, model mappings, rate limits, and access methods based on model supply, cost, stability, security, or compliance requirements.
Account and API Keys
You are responsible for calls, usage, charges, and behavior under your account and API keys. Keep your keys secure. Do not place API keys in public repositories, frontend code, mobile clients, browser extensions, or other locations where they can be exposed.
If you discover a leaked key, abnormal charge, or unauthorized call, disable the affected API key as soon as possible and contact us through the account page or in-product support channel.
Use Restrictions
You may not use Genius Coder to:
- Violate laws or regulations, infringe others’ rights, or evade regulatory requirements
- Generate, distribute, or assist malware, phishing, fraud, spam, credential theft, or intrusion
- Scrape in bulk, abuse interfaces, bypass rate limits, attack the service, or interfere with other users
- Submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, keys, passwords, production credentials, regulated data, or content you are not authorized to process
- Impersonate others, resell unauthorized services, send abusive traffic, or use the service for high-risk decisions without human review
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts and API keys for security, compliance, risk control, non-payment, or abuse risk.
Inputs and Model Outputs
You retain rights to the content you submit and are responsible for ensuring that your inputs are lawful and authorized. Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for direct production use. You should review, test, and verify outputs yourself, especially for code, security, legal, financial, medical, compliance, or other high-risk uses.
Upstream Providers
Genius Coder forwards model requests to upstream model providers. The availability, data handling rules, model behavior, rate limits, and security policies of those providers may affect the final service. When using Genius Coder, you must also follow applicable upstream provider usage rules and policies.
Billing and Balance
Genius Coder deducts balance based on actual usage. Prices, token counts, balance changes, and billing records are shown on the account page. Model prices, exchange rates, promotional credits, campaigns, and billing methods may change.
Unless otherwise stated on the page or required by law, charges for completed model calls are non-refundable. Top-up balance, abnormal charges, refunds, and reconciliation issues are subject to platform records and support confirmation.
Service Availability
We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. Maintenance, incidents, upstream rate limits, network issues, model supply changes, security controls, or force majeure may cause delay, failure, degradation, or suspension.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Genius Coder is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption caused by service interruption, model output errors, user configuration errors, key leakage, upstream service changes, or user violations.
Terms Updates
We may update these Terms as the product, upstream provider rules, cost structure, legal requirements, or security practices change. Material changes will be announced through the website, account notices, or other reasonable methods. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
